Study on Biological Characteristics of Taishan Ganoderma lucidum

Abstract：The influences of different nutrients and conditions on the mycelium growth rate and growth vigor of Taishan Ganoderma lucidum were studied.The results showed that the suitable temperature of myceli-um growth was 25 ~30℃;the appropriate pH value was 6 ~7;the suitable carbon sources were sucrose,glu-cose and starch;the suitable nitrogen sources were yeast extract and beef extract;the suitable carbon and ni-trogen source concentration combinations were 2% sucrose,0.5% glucose,0.1 % yeast extract and 0.3%beef extract.
