Study on Influences of Climatic Factors to Chlorogenic Acid Content in Flos lonicerae

Abstract：The chlorogenic acid content was determined by HPLC in FLOS LONICERAE from Shandong, Henan,Fujian,Shanghai,Guangxi and Yunnan.The influences of climatic factors to chlorogenic acid content were analyzed in this paper,and also their grey relational degrees.The results showed that temperature was the dominant factor affecting the content of chlorogenic acid in FLOS LONICERAE,especially the high -tem-perature stress had the most significant influences;sunshine duration and precipitation had little effects on the content of chlorogenic acid.
