Quick Selection of Polymorphic DNA Markers for Genetic Diversity Analysis of Wheat

Abstract：Selecting fifty -six SSR markers and taking ninety -six different wheat germplasms as materi-als,the quick selection of polymorphic DNA markers for genetic diversity analysis were studied using the method of DNA mix pools.The results showed that twenty -one markers exhibited polymorphism in different DNA mix pools.This method could increase the screening efficiency and cut down the experimental cost.The cluster analysis proved that the polymorphic markers selected through DNA mix pool with larger differences could be clustered better,so the classification of genetic breeding materials could be detailed.
