Pathogen Identification and Disease Analysis of Grape Grey Mold in Qingdao

Abstract：The pathogen of grape grey mold was isolated and identified using tissue isolation method, morphological observation and molecular methods.The results showed that the grape gray mold was caused by Botrytis cinerea Pers.According to the field investigation results,the causes of two outbreaks of disaster were analyzed and the comprehensive control measures with the prevention and control measures as the major meas-ure,supplemented by agricultural prevention,were put forward.
