Identification and Characteristic Analysis of Two Novel SnRK2 Genes in Cucumber

Abstract：The plant SnRK2 genes play important roles in abiotic stress response,but the study on cu-cumber SnRK2 genes is lack of report.Two novel SnRK2 genes which were respectively homologous to Arabi-dopsis SnRK2.4 and SnRK2.10 were identified from cucumber through digging the genome data anew.Their structure,characteristics and cis -elements were systematically analyzed.This study layed a foundation for the further research of response to abiotic stress for cucumber.
