Variation of Osmotica Content in Seedling Period of Different Wheat Varieties under Salt Stress

Abstract：With the wheat varieties Shi 4185 and Yumai 47 as materials, the pot tests were adopted to study the variation of osmotica content in seedling period under salt stress.Six salt concentrations were set as 0, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300 mmol/L.The results showed that Shi 4185 accumulated more osmotic matters such as proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein than Yumai 47.It indicated that Shi 4185 had stronger os-motic adjustment ability and tolerance to salt stress.
