Cloning and Expression Vector Construction of Transcription Factor Gene DREB1 from Cultivated Peanut

Abstract：In this research, drought stress responsive transcription factor gene PNDREB1 were cloned from 33 peanut cultivars.Sequence analysis showed that the nucleotide sequence homology of PNDREB1 from 33 peanut cultivars was 100%.The plant expression vector pGBDREB1 was also constructed, which laid foundations for further research of the gene.
