Study on Grain Filling Characteristics at Mid and Late Stage of Different Summer Millet Cultivars

Abstract：In order to study the grain filling characteristics of summer millet, three varieties, Yugu18, Jigu18 and Jigu15, were used as materials and sampled at mid and late grain filling stage.The results showed that the grain filling characteristics were different between different varieties.The pattern of grain filling speed of three varieties could be classified into three types: single curve, flat and decreasing.The percentage of grain dry weight in fresh weight was over 60%.
