Abstract：According to the mitochondrial 16S rRNA sequences of goats, sheep and fox in the GenBank, the specific primers were designed to identify the goat, sheep and fox source compositions in a PCR reaction. The specific amplification fragment sizes were 401, 450 and 300 bp, respectively.The results showed that this method had high detection sensitivity.
