Genetic Diversity Analysis of 12 Cherry Varieties Based on ISSR Marker

Abstract：The genetic diversity of 12 cherry germplasm resources was analyzed by inter -simple se-quence repeat marker in this study .Six primers were selected for the amplification of genome .Forty-eight genetic loci including 44 polymorphic loci were detected with the polymorphic loci percentage as 91 .67%. The genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.29 to 0.98 with the mean of 0.65.When the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.58, the samples could be divided into three groups , groupⅠ, groupⅡand groupⅢ.Genet-ic similarity analysis showed that there were abundant genetic diversities between samples .
