Trace Element Contents and Quality Status Evaluation of Topsoil in the Dawei Mountain in Liuyang City

Abstract：To know the current situation of soil heavy metal pollution in the Dawei Mountain and develop famous specialty with high quality , 5 types of topsoil (0~20 cm) from the Dawei Mountain in Liuyang , Hu-nan Province,were taken as research object to detect the contents of Cu , Zn, Ni and Pb.The results showed that the total contents of Cu , Zn, Ni and Pb were 10.66~40.98, 43.49~119.39, 7.06~38.55 and 32.12~68.82 mg/kg respectively .The content variation ranges were 5.41%~50.89%, 2.57%~40.76%, 5.28%~59.79%and 8.21%~24.23%respectively.Among the 5 soil types of different altitudes , only the yellow-red soil was clean ,and the other 4 were all lightly polluted .The comprehensive pollution index of meadow soil in scrub was the highest .
