Study on Influencing Factors for Regeneration System of Pepper Tissue Culture

Abstract：Three varieties including premature pepper , Red pepper and Qiemen pepper ( Green pepper ) were used as materials to study the factors influencing regeneration system of pepper tissue culture .The results showed that the genotype of Red pepper was optimum .Stem segment and cotyledon were the optimum explants for in vitro regeneration, and the medium for their callus induction were MS +0.10 mg/L 6-BA+2.0 mg/L NAA and MS+0 .10 mg/L 6-BA+4 .0 mg/L NAA respectively .The medium for high-efficient differentia-tion of adventitious buds was MS +5.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IAA, and that for differentiation of adventi-tious roots was MS+0.5 mg/L IBA +0.1 mg/L NAA.
