Bioinformatics Analysis of TCP Transcription Factor Family in Apple

Abstract：TCP protein family is a large transcriptional regulator family in plant.They participate in many physiological and biochemical processes and play important regulatory effects.The family members, gene classification and structure,chromosome location,phylogenetic relationship and conserved structure do-mains of MdTCP were predicted and analyzed with bioinformatics method.There were 52 TCP family mem-bers,which were divided into 3 groups of ClassⅠ,ClassⅡand ClassⅢ.MdTCP protein contained 115 ~612 amino acids with the isoelectric point of 5.41 ~10.65.MdTCP genes were distributed on 16 chromosomes ex-cept Chr3 .Chr5 encompassed the most MdTCP gene number of 7 .
