Effects of Four PGPR Strains on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Walnut

Abstract：The growth-promoting effects of 4 plant growth -promoting rhizobacteria ( PGPR) strains, X12, X65, X95 and X128, on walnut seedlings were studied by pot experiment .The results showed that the 4 PGPR strains all could promote root growth , increase root activity and leaf photosynthetic characteristics .A-mong which , X95 and X128 had obvious promoting effects on main growth indexes of walnut , and X128 had the most.In conclusion , X128 had great application potential in the production and development of microbial fertilizers of walnut .
