Abstract:Using Vaccinium corymbosum‘Sierra’ as material, the photosynthetic characteristics of high-bush blueberry in greenhouse were studied .The results showed that the photosynthetically active radiation ( PAR) and leaf temperature ( TL) reached the maximum at 12∶00 and 13∶00 respectively .The net photosyn-thetic rate ( Pn ) reached the maximum at 8∶00 , and then decreased steadily .There was a small upturn at 15∶00~16∶00 and then decreased again .The daily variation of the stomatal conductance ( Gs) was the same with that of Pn, but that of intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) was on the contrary. The light saturation point was 600 μmol/(m2· s), the light compensation point was 62.6 μmol/(m2· s) and the CO2 compensation point was 129 .8 μL/L.Temperature was the major limiting factor of Pn under high temperature and low light conditions. When the temperature was higher than 28℃, the photosynthesis was seriously restrained , which was caused by the multi -effects of stoma and non -stoma restriction factors .
