Study on Sensitivity of Different Peanut Varieties to Kanamycin

Abstract：The cotyledon leaflets of different peanut varieties were used as explants to study their sensi -tivity to kanamycin .Their growth situation in different medium added with different concentrations of kanamy -cin was observed to confirm the critical concentration of kanamycin for each variety .The results were that D16 had the highest sensitivity to Kanamycin , and its critical concentration was 100 mg/L.Huayu 22 had the high-est tolerance to Kanamycin and its critical concentration was 200 mg/L.The critical concentration of J 11 and Luhua 11 to kanamycin were both 150 mg/L.
