Abstract:Using inclusive composite interval mapping ( ICIM) method, the QTLs responsible for test weight of wheat in RIL population WL ( including 302 lines ) were analyzed in three growing environments . Total of 14 QTLs were obtained located on the chromosomes of 1B,2A,4A,4B,5B,6B,7A and 7B in wheat, and single QTL could explain 3 .63%~16 .15% of test weight variations .QTw-WL-4 A and QTw-WL-7B.2 could be detected in the E2 and average environment conditions, which could explain 4.86% and 3 .83%,11 .81%and 5 .57%of test weight variations respectively .Four QTLs could explain more than 10%of the phenotypic variations .These QTLs were from father or mother parent .
