Abstract：The intelligent monitoring system for diseases and insect pests were designed according to the requirements of high-quality tea production for agricultural chemicals and fertilizers .The occurrence of disea-ses and insect pests could be monitored through video , and the related environment factors could be monitored through sensors .It was expected to realize the targeted prevention and control of diseases and insect pests , re-duce the use amount of agricultural chemicals and protect the ecological environment in tea garden .
