Abstract:In order to promote straw returning and speed up its degradation in the North greenhouse soil, using rotten straw as raw materials and corn straw powder as medium,16 strains were isolated with Congo Red plate method at 15℃.Then the enzyme activities of 16 strains were detected.L-13 had the highest enzyme activity of 1 679.61 U/ml.The mycelial morphology and colony characteristics of L-13 were observed, and a series of physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequence analysis were conducted. The L -13 strain was preliminarily identified as Bacillus subtilis.Owing to growing fastly and high yielding of cellulase at 15℃,it could degrade the straw under low temperature rapidly.
