Abstract：Three methods of Trizol , EASYspin RN09 and Qiagen were compared in this paper to find out the effective method to extract total RNA from walnut leaves .The results showed that the RNA extracted with EASYspin RN09 kit had the higher purity and good integrality , and this method saved time and cost .
