QTL Identification of Rice Heading Date and Contig Mapping

Abstract：The QTLs controlling rice heading date were analyzed with 40 single segment substitution lines (SSSLs) in 2012 and 2013.The results showed that 30 SSSLs could be detected repetitively in two years , which accounted for 78 .9%of the detected SSSLs .11 QTLs were identified through contig mapping , and they were located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th chromosome.These QTLs had larger additive effects and were affected less by environment .
