Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation Technology of Cherry Stock Gisela 6

Abstract：Using cherry stock Gisela 6 as material, the annual new shoots were chosen for tissue culture and rapid propagation .The results showed that the optimal initial medium was MS +0.2 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L 6-BA;the optimal proliferation medium was MS +0.1 mg/L IBA+0.3 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L TDZ with the proliferation coefficient as 6.8;the optimal rooting medium was 1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L NAA+0 .5 g/L Ac ( activated carbon ) with the rooting rate as 74%.Strong test-tube plantlets with more than 5 effective leaves were transplanted into medium with 1/2 vermiculite and 1/2 perlite , and the survival ratio was over 90%.
