LED Junction Temperature Test System Based on Virtual Instrument

Abstract：Based on forward voltage method, with computer,thermostats, pulse current source and myDAQ as the hardware, LabVIEW2014 software as the software developing platform,the LED junction temperature test system has been designed.The LED forward voltage and current has been got by data acquisition module. The relationship between junction Temperature and voltage has been built on the Curve fitting . The LED junction Temperature has been computed and saved.The system has advantages of friendly interface,convenient,high accuracy.
