Abstract：According to the workflow and characteristics of real estate surveying management, based on ObjectARX and GIS technology develop real estate surveying integrated management system.This System make full use of AutoCAD and ArcGIS to their respective advantages, improve operation efficiency and enhance the real estate surveying achievements management level, to accelerate the construction process of "Intelligence real estate management ". In this paper, the key technology in the process of system development to make a brief exposition.
