Study of Intrusion Detection System Based on Honeypot

Abstract：With the development of computer network and widely application of Internet,the problems of network security are increasingly serious.In this paper, analysis of firewall technology,intrusion detection system(IDS),honeypot,and propose a IDS based on honeypot,describe the design principles and implement methods of this system.The result of application show that this IDS has a better active defense capability, and can effectively reduce the false rate and the leak rate.
