Design and Implementation of Computer Interlocking System Based on PLC

Abstract：The computer interlocking system is a real-time control system with demand of high reliability and safety, which uses computer technology as key technology, and it combines with communication technology, control technology, fault tolerant technology, fail-safe technology to complete the station interlocking control functions. In this paper,the PLC computer interlocking system is designed, and using the programming software STEP 7 of Siemens S7-300 PLC complete the PLC interlocking machine function. The 3 part of the overall structure of the system, the communication between the interlocking computer PLC and PC, the software structure of the system are included in this paper. The practice has proved that the system has high reliability and stability.
