Database Schema Design and It's Application in Hospital Information System

Abstract：For a large information system, using a single database design can make plenty of negative impacts on the operation of the information system with the accumulation of information. According to the characteristics of information and business, design the front desk business database, background database, historical database, statistical database, basic database and backup database by using multiple database architecture. At the same time design a data scheduling mechanism, do data scheduling among the various types of databases to improve the efficiency of the use and maintenance of the information and thus effectively guarantee the stability and smoothness of the information system running.
