Research on image segmentation algorithm based on morphological ifltering EM algorithm

Abstract：because the traditional Hu EM image segmentation algorithm due to the clustering operation, time is too long, affecting the accuracy of image segmentation, in order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a segmentation algorithm for combining morphological filtering of EM image. First sample RGB color image is converted to gray image using the 2G-R-B algorithm, and then the H component of HSI color space and fusion, in order to reduce the effect of noise on the results of segmentation based on gray image, and then the fusion image segmentation EM algorithm, ifnally using mathematical morphology processing filter and minimum area of outlier noise point. Finally, through the simulation experiment results show that, the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively segment the image, effectively enhance the algorithm is adaptive, improves the segmentation effect.
