Abstract：This article focuses on the extraction of relevant parameters and standards important indicator, research and comparative analysis major energy efficiency standards, technical regulations at home and abroad of flat-panel TV, in order to promote energy conservation and industrial upgrading of the television industry in our province and help the province enterprises to actively respond to foreign technical barriers to energy efficiency.
