Abstract：This paper ifrst introduces the development process of college counselors assessment system to be used to the technical framework and technical standards, followed by the three systems analysis of the role of functional characteristics of each part, and then analysis key problem and the realization of the code for college counselors assessment system , ifnally show the main system interface.
