Abstract：Middle school teachers as a typical knowledge workers in the society, knowledge is important for their survival and development capital.At present, some middle school teachers have a wealth of knowledge ,but it has many problems in knowledge management.This article from the start with the problems of middle school teachers ' personal knowledge management, on the basis of the analysis of connotation of teachers ' personal knowledge management, providing insights into the implementation procedure and methods of personal knowledge management of teachers, and reminded the few matters that need attention in order to help teachers implement effective knowledge management, improve personal values and core competencies.
