Construction and Application of Plant Main Telecommunication System

Abstract：The construction of 10MMTA Reifnery Project of PetroChina Guangxi Petrochemical Company was started in November 2007 and completed on 30 May 2010 and went into commissioning phase. The reifnery was ifnally put into operation in early September of 2010. The main telecommunication system for the entire plant was constructed based on principles of“simultaneous design, simultaneous construction and simultaneous commissioning”along with the construction of the units and was put into service on time. <br> This article describes the construction of main various telecommunication systems during the construction of the project from different view points of technology selection and system establishment and application, etc. to share with other newly-built reifneries.
