Abstract：The mordernization and informization of army management cannot do without the advanced information technology. So study and application of new technology into army management is a very important subject. Focusing on the problems existed in barrack management, this paper designs a personal identiifcation and positioning system based on RFID. This new-typed personal identiifcation and positioning system,which synthesizes RFID, IT, computer technology and access controlling technology, can collect and mange the personal information, as well as conduct the positioning management to key parts and personnel
