Abstract：In view of the problem that the traditional way of Health Management lacks flexibility and its cost is very high, the paper designed a Health Management Software based on Android. The software included motion detection, motion tips, motion analysis, health knowledge, the guidance of the balance of diet and physical exercise , relatives and friends management and other functions .The system structure mainly included the backend database servers, Web servers, wireless network, Android front-end and other parts. With the help of the software people can manage their own health status anytime and anywhere .They can establish good habits of exercise through the effective movement monitoring and health assessment to achieve a goal of improving health status effectively.
