Abstract：With the national energy saving policy, enjoys popular support, use of automation and control technology equipment, low consumption, low emission into research. In this paper, Laiwu Steel oxygen compressor unit automatic control system for conifguration and technical features. Control system using variable functions surge control line model, the whole loading process control, advanced control technology import and genetic algorithm, hardware failure remote positioning advanced computer network technology to achieve self-adjusting air separation operation load, the compressor diagnostic line repair, in ensuring the safety performance of devices based on emission rate and downtime greatly reduced rate.
