Abstract：In Internet age Work and communication has undergone a major transformation, team members may be spread across multiple geographical work at the same time, Persons who need communicate with each other may be far apart, and real-time or instant communication has become colorful. Show services and products with the PPT as well as to carried out exchanges communication is an important ways of working, How to be able to show the PPT in the network? This article explores a new way to convert PPT to display on a web page, the ease of operation, the maintenance personnel not require professional and technical requirements, on the page after the transformation operation is similar to PPT operation of the public users habits.
