A Reproduction of the Failure of an Important Project of the MPLS/VPN and Analysis

Abstract：Southeast University in Nanjing multiple occurrences of T64 high-end routers the three VPN trafifc does not make sense to switchover engineering fault, performance labels and routing in the OAM View all normal, but VPN trafifc can not be forwarded. Due to various reasons, can not be detailed fault location in the hospital, and therefore the failure can only be reset by rebooting the device. Because of the lack of adequate fault information, the rear of the technical staff has been unable to locate the fault lies, technical department, there have been the fault once, but unfortunately the original company’s technical staff had failed to locate out the cause of the fault has been extended and pending, bringing great risks. Recently, the the Sung Hyun College campus network the fault occurs, technical staff is unable to locate the cause of the malfunction, the frequent failure of the technical department is determined to integrate the power to overcome this dififculty. After one week before and after the tireless efforts of the technical department finally reappears the failure opened the prelude to the positioning of the major projects of the fault location and troubleshooting provides full fault environment and according to the technical department of the original company, the Ministry of Development on faults and fault environment information, in-depth analysis, technical department based on the law of design of experiments have replicated the fault, and adapted for strict veriifcation, the failure of the research process to do some ifnishing , combined with the technical department fault location, fault analysis.
