Application of Dynamic Soft Reduction Control for Alloy Steel CCM

Abstract：Advanced technologies of continuous casting process, both at home and abroad, such as mold electromagnetic stirring, hydraulic oscillating, dynamic secondary cooling, and dynamic soft reduction etc. are used in Laiwu alloy steel CCM, to improve the inner quality of the strand and upgrade the production quality. Application of dynamic soft reduction is introduced in this paper, the modeling and controlling method in the automatic system are emphasized.
