Designing and Updating HR Knowledge Bases Based on Ontology

Abstract：There are a mass of complicated messages in HR, Actually, the traditional report forms has already not met the demand of Analysis, decision-making information.A based on Ontology Knowledge Management System can exploit and utilize knowledge resource completely and effectively. The measure is to establish effectively and steadily Knowledge Bases to make communicate easily. This paper summarizes the application and problem of Knowledge Management System, dissertate how to design Domain Knowledge Bases Based on Ontology and describe its configuration detailed. The keystone is how to use Jena of HP laboratory to update Knowledge Bases.
