Analysis of SI Guomin's Idea of Applying Huangqi Chifeng Decoction(黄芪赤风汤)

Abstract：This article systematically summarizes Professor SI Guomin's understanding of the efficacy and clinical application of the herbs in Huangqi Chifeng Decoction(黄 芪赤风汤).Based on the theory of qi-blood-water and the characteristics of Jiaoyao formula compatibility,it explains the formula's meaning and concludes that its main indications are qi deficiency,blood stasis and water retention syndrome.On this basis,Professor SI,by integrating the differentiation of zang-fu organs and meridians and combining his own experience,applies the prescription in clinical practice with other formulas,making the application of Huangqi Chifeng Decoction truly practical.Finally,through three medical cases in internal medicine,gynecology and andrology,a detailed discussion is conducted on Professor SI's idea in applying Huangqi Chifeng Decoction,with a prospect of providing a reference for the clinical application of Huangqi Chifeng Decoction.
