Brief Analysis of the Analgesia Principle of Acupuncture Remote Acupoint Selection

Abstract：At present,pain-related diseases remain one of the main clinical indications for acupuncture,and acupuncture remote acupoint selection has been widely applied in the intervention of pain-related diseases and has achieved remarkable therapeutic effects.This article interprets the rationality of acupuncture remote acupoint selection from the perspective of the overall connection of meridians and qi and blood in traditional Chinese medicine and the conduction and transmission of needle sensation,and analyzes the superiority of this method for pain relief from the perspective that acupuncture effect can simultaneously regulate qi and blood and spirit.In addition,western medical theories are supplemented to explain the analgesic rules and action process of this method from the perspectives of peripheral nerve innervation and overall central regulation respectively.The effect mechanism of acupuncture remote acupoint selection on pain intervention at both physiological and psychological levels is analyzed,in an effort to illustrate the advantages of curative effect while interpreting the principle of action,and demonstrate the feasibility and comprehensiveness of acupuncture remote acupoint selection analgesic program.
