Abstract：Through pulse diagnosis,the pathological changes of the five emotions can be discerned,delving deeply into the root causes of mental and psychological disorders,which allows practitioners grasp the pathological information of the body at various stages or at a deeper level,providing significant guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.This specification progressively introduces the concept of"pulse-emotion correspondence"through"terms and definitions",which is followed by an explanation of its meaning,and then establishes a fundamental framework for pulse diagnosis for diagnosing and identifying the relationship between pulse and emotion.By comprehensively analyzing pulse information to uncover the root causes of diseases at the psychological level and treating based on the discrimination of the emotion,it aids practitioners in gaining a deeper understand-ing of the pathological changes associated with the"emotion",thereby providing crucial support for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of mental and psychological disorders.Based on existing research findings and in combination with relevant articles and group standards on"pulse-emotion correspondence",this paper standardizes the clinical application of"pulse-emotion correspondence"within the framework of systematic sphygmology for pattern differentiation,focusing on its pathogenesis,construction,pulse-symptom relationships,and treatment,in order to improve the clinical treatment efficacy and diagnostic accuracy.
