ZHANG Jinliang's Experience in Treating Coronary Heart Disease in Cold Regions Based on"Eliminating Origins,Clearing Current and Rebalancing"

Abstract：Based on the humanistic features and environmental characteristics of the cold regions in northern border areas,Professor ZHANG Jinliang holds that the disease cause and disease mechanism of coronary heart disease in the cold regions of northern border areas are external attack of cold and dryness,internal injury of phlegm and heat,and unsmooth blood and qi circulation.The treatment should be warming yang and dissipating cold,dispelling wind and unblocking collaterals,regulating qi and relieving depression,soothing liver and unblocking meridians;eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and unblocking collaterals.In clinical practice,he proposes the thought of"eliminating origins,clearing current and rebalancing",and invents the Qingliu Pingfu Decoction(清流平复汤),with remarkable effects.This paper explores the characteristics of cold regions,analyzes the features of disease causes and mechanism in Professor ZHANG's syndrome differentiation and treatment of coronary heart disease in cold regions based on this thought.Some verified cases are provided for reference.
