Abstract：Tuina is of significant efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and is one of the commonly used treatments in clinic.As research continues to advance,each school has established its own systematic theoretical system and lineage based on its unique manipulations which is of important guiding value for the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis.In this paper the relevant literature of different schools in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was reviewed,and the advantages and treatment mechanisms of Tuina were summarized,so as to deepen the understanding of the internal mechanism of Tuina therapy,with the aim to provide references for clinical practice.
