Exploration of Research Progress of Myelosuppression after Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer and Pharmacodynamic Efficacy Analysis Based on Traditional Chindese Medicine Syndrome Types

Abstract:Myelosuppression is a common adverse reaction after chemotherapy for breast cancer,which has different effects on treatment and prognosis.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has obvious advantages in preventing and treating myelosuppression after chemotherapy for breast cancer,but the research and prescription efficacy of myelosuppression after chemotherapy for breast cancer with different TCM syndromes are quite different.Based on this,this paper summarizes the general situation of TCM research of myelosuppression after chemotherapy for breast cancer,and focuses on the common treatment prescriptions and related mechanisms of different TCM syndromes,including heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and yin and yang deficiency syndrome,and analyzes the pharmacological effects of TCM prescriptions on promoting the proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow hematopoietic cells,with a prospect of providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy for breast cancer with different TCM syndromes.There are 43 references.
