LIU Ruifen's Experience in Treating Tubal Obstructive Infertility with Internal and External Combination Therapy

Abstract：Professor LIU Ruifen believes that blood stasis and cell vein obstruction are the core pathogenesis of tubal obstructive infertility,and proposes that exogenous dampness,heat and cold pathogenic factors are the initial causes,and the combination of deficiency and excess is the inevitable outcome.She emphasizes the combination of local disease differentiation and overall syndrome differentiation,and frequently applies a combination of traditional Chinese medicine oral administration and retention enema as the main comprehensive treatment plan,which is combined with western surgical treatment if it is necessary.The treatment is based on the basic principles of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,activating qi circulation and clearing collaterals,tonifying kidney and cultivating the essence.The oral administration of Quyu Zhongzi Decoction(祛瘀种子汤)and Shenlian Guanchang Formula(参连灌肠方)retention enema treatment are established to treat this disease and she is good at adjusting according to the syndrome clinically.At the same time,attention is paid to emotional therapy,internal and external combination treatment,which dispels evil and supports the healthy qi and the clinical effect is remarkable.One test case is attached.
