Abstract：Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a common and difficult clinical disease.Professor LYU Renhe,a Traditional Chinese Medicine Master with rich clinical experience,puts forward the pathogenesis of kidney collateral miniature mass in CKD and holds that blood stasis is the key link in its formation.He also advocates the treatment of CKD by stages,namely early stage(stage of deficiency damage),middle stage(stage of deficiency strain)and late stage(stage of deficiency failure).According to the pathogenesis characteristics of kidney collateral stasis in each stage,drugs for promoting blood circulation,cooling blood and promoting collaterals,drugs for removing blood stasis and relieving water retention and dredging collaterals,drugs for removing blood stasis and searching collaterals should be applied respectively combined with the method of dispersing wind and dispelling evil,clearing heat and detoxifying,removing water and expelling turbidities,strengthening healthy qi and tonifying deficiency,which is closely related to the pathogenesis,the flexible medication reflects Master LYU's unique clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.
