Abstract：Taking lower limb pain as the starting point,this paper systematically analyzes the main points of massage diagnosis and treatment of lower limb pain,and proposes that it is necessary to identify the acute and critical condition of lower limb pain,strictly investigate the contraindications of Tuina for lower limb diseases,and administer precise Tuina,taking into account both safety and effectiveness.Combining the treatment principle based on disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and combination of disease and syndrome with the precise positioning mechanics manipulation based on the concept of precise Tuina,Tuina diagnosis and treatment plan is formed,providing new ideas for solving the difficult symptoms of lower limb pain as the main complaint in Tuina diagnosis and treatment.
