Abstract:Papillary thyroid carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in the endocrine system. There is no unified standard of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and treatment. From the perspective of sweat pore, this paper discusses the theoretical connotation of facial sweat pore and its connection with the reprogramming of glucose metabolism for the first time, further clarifies that the occurrence and development of papillary thyroid carcinoma may be related to the reprogramming of glucose metabolism induced by the glucose sweat pore stagnation. Therefore,it is proposed that the method of relieving facial sweat pore stagnation can be used clinically to inhibit the reprogramming state of tumor glucose metabolism, thereby delaying the progression of the disease, which provides a new idea for TCM diagnosis and treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
