Abstract："All diseases are caused by qi",inadequate qi ascending-descending and coming in-going out often serves as a primary factor contributing to internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases.Among them,the spleen and stomach are the hub of three jiao,and the Shaoyang is the hub of the internal and external yin and yang coming in-going out.Based on complex relationship between the liver and spleen in the mutual promotion and restraint between the five elements and the central region of five elements,applying"regulating pivot of ascending-descending and coming in-going out"as the treatment principle,modified Chaiping Decoction(柴平汤)is used to treat internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases,soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen,regulate the body's qi,restore the balance of yin and yang of the body,which has a good effect on the treatment of various internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases in clinic.
